Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Yes- Your groomers work by appointment only to ensure every pet gets the time and attention they need and deserve.

Q:
How do I make an appointment for my pet(s)?
    A:
You can call the salon at 910-460-5729 during office hours Tuesday - Saturday 7:30 am- 3:30 pm.

Q: How long does the grooming take?
A: The length of time depends on your pet's breed, temperament, size, coat condition and personal needs. Most grooms can take 2-4 hours, we can give a more accurate time at drop-off.

Q:
How much will the groom cost?
    A:
Grooming prices vary by breed, size, coat and service requested. We can give you an estimate range over the phone and confirm the price in person at drop off.

Q:
Do you require vaccines?
A: Yes- for everyone's safety we require proof of rabies vaccine, other vaccines are recommended but not required. We also accept titer testing results from your veterinarian's office.

Q: I have a nervous/anxious pet, can you still groom them?
    A:
We specialize in creating a calm, low-stress environment for both our cats and dogs. Each groomer has their individual room to groom in. For our cats there is an entire area created just for them including their own bathing station.

Q:
 Will my pet be kenneled/crated?
A: Sometimes- for safety, pets may wait in a secure kennel before and after their grooming. If your pet requires a kennel-free experience please let us know at the time of scheduling their appointment.

Q: Can I stay with my pet during their grooming?
    A:
Most pets behave better and are less stressed without their owners present. For safety and focus we ask that you drop your pet off and return to pick them up when we call.

Q: How often should my pet be groomed?
    A:
Most dogs benefit from a 4 -6 week schedule and Cats every 6 - 12 weeks. For both pets it also depends on the length of coat and style.
